No Quibble Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, if you have received goods from Inspired Arts and they are damaged, you may return these items for a full refund subject to the following conditions;

• Items must be returned to Inspired Arts in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Any damage that has occurred to the items whilst in your possession may affect your refund.
• Inspired Arts MUST be notified of your intent to return an item within 7 days of receipt and then the item itself must be returned within the 7 days that follow that notification. Inspired Arts CANNOT refund on items returned outside of this procedure.
• Any problems with any part of your order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
• As your canvas is bespoke (made to order for you) if you changed your mind once you receive the canvas unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
